Ready, Respectful, Safe
At Albert Bradbeer Primary Academy we believe in a highly inclusive, holistic approach, combining nurture, enrichment and high expectations for each of our children, regardless of their starting point. At the heart of our ethos are our core values. We want all our children to be Ready to take on any opportunities and challenges they may face; Respectful of the needs and feelings of all those around them, as well as themselves; and Safe so that they are able to identify, manage and take appropriate risks, while looking after their own and others’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
Our vision encompasses the principles of Being, where each child is encouraged to be proud of their unique identity; Becoming, as they grow into well-rounded individuals; and Belonging, developing a real understanding of the positive contributions they can make to the communities they are part of.
We aim for our children to be confident in their own abilities and in sharing their opinions, thoughts and feelings. We foster their creativity and provide as many opportunities as possible for children to express this. We know how important it is for all our children to have active lifestyles and for learning, where possible to be active, so that it is engaging and memorable. It is vital that all of our children know what it is like to experience success and for them to be informed about the world around them.

The Greenheart Curriculum Promise is a commitment by the partnership in collaboration with its academies to ensure that every child has the opportunities and experiences during their time in the Partnership that will help them to succeed in the next stages of there education journey and into adult hood.
No child will be excluded from these experiences and opportunities and the partnership is proud to support its academies and communities through the provision of this promise across its schools.
